Currently, in order to upgrade, or evolve, a card, it requires 4 cards of the same color/rarity/level. I was wondering if it wouldn't be possible to change it so that upgrading requires 4 cards of the same color/rarity, and instead of a card of the same currently level, make it so you can sacrifice a card of the current level or higher.
I have about 7 or so level 4 fire sages that cannot be used for anything right now. I'd love to have the option to sacrifice them to help upgrade some of my lower level rare red cards.

Hi erik, good suggestion The only thing I'd be worried about is people accidentally losing a card they wanted to keep. But this is something we'll think about, especially the issue of having highly evolved cards you can't use.

I'm pretty sure this issue is entirely specific to fire sage, and avoidable by making a different dialog choice. If you keep him at Lv1, you get evolve fodder. If you don't, Act 5 generally becomes a lot easier, but you don't get evolve fodder. Seems fair to me.
